Will the source code for the release candidate be uploaded to github?
I would love to compile and install it myself without having to wait for Apple to approve everything!

I can't speak with any authority (as I'm just an end-user), but it is my understanding that it will be released after Apple has officially accepted it.

I suppose that makes sense to prevent others from stealing the work?
Hopefully it will get released somewhat soon. I'm interested in taking a look at the region restrictions regarding DTS and AC3

source code for the release gets uploaded when we pass Apple review and can actually release
