Under subtitles on the top menu, it also says off.
Under system settings -. Preferred subtitle language, it's set to forced only (which is what I actually want), but also tried none.
If I play the video in infuse, no subtitles.
If I move the video so Emby can see it, it plays with no subtitles.
If I play it with vlc, no subtitles.
If I look at it with mediainfo or ffprobe, the pgs subs are not a default track and it is not forced.
I cannot find a way to not show the subtitles, any hint?
