Remote server cannot be connected

Remote server cannot be connected
They were working fine until today, now both ftp and http set up for remote servers are not working anymore. The same set up can be access from my phone and computer but cannot from the Mr.Mc

I also noticed something weird, inside Apple TV settings the network tab shows my IP, but inside mrmc>system information>internet it says I’m connected but everything else 0 even IP.

I have tried it, strange is that plex which is connected to the same remote server is working and can play files from there, but cannot connect to the remote server directly from mrmc like I used to. I’ll switch dns to cloudfare dns or something and give it another try and update again.

It never shows for me either, even doing that. I always just figured it was a tvOS limitation.

Update: remote server can be connected again without changing any dns setting, in other word it started working by itself again. Thanks for the support, probably dns resolver was down.

mine (AppleTV4K/tvos 13) shows correct IP address and subnet mask.
