Microstuttering during playback on MrMC

Hello guys!

Thanks for your work on development of MrMC. I've bought your app on my Android TV (Android 7, 55POS9002 Philips) however I have one major issue. :( I occur microstuttering during playing files on my TV. It happens on every file with MrMC however it doesn't indicate dropped frames, and on some files with SPMC but there dropped frames are indicated. Here's what I know:

SPMC 16.7.4
23.976 - WORKS OK
25 fps - WORKS OK
29.976 fps - DROPS FRAMES
60 fps - DROPS FRAMES.

MrMC 3.7.0
23.976 - DROPS FRAMES.
25 fps - DROPS FRAMES.
29.976 fps - DROPS FRAMES
60 fps - DROPS FRAMES.

I'm using MediaCodec Surface to render as hardware is not powerful enough to use MediaCodec only. I've tried different settings with sync playback to display - still same issue.

Is there something we can do about it? I can post sample files and of course debug logs, but what log do you need? MrMC only or also logs from SPMC to see what's happening under the hood? Please help me.

Greetings

Kodi suffers from the same issue, and here it is how it looks in person (visible at 0:06):

Let’s see a debuglog please, it might help @koying trace this issue
