so am I supposed to update Emby server to current beta to make it work?
I'm on MrMC Testflight now, unfortunately no change with Emby Server 4.4.3.0 stable.

No, you don’t need to update Emby... then the issue is not related to the fix in 4.0.0

Anyway, I updated to Emby server beta 4.5.0.13. Unfortunately now I can't connect to my server at all. (Doesn't matter whether I overwrite the local network address in Emby Server settings or not)

After the start of MrMC, only one request is being made to my server (looking into my nginx logs):
