Local or remote address displayed in the json output, is obsolete(=removed) already in current Emby Server beta and upcoming stable Emby Server releases.horstepipe wrote: 16 Jun 2020, 10:48 So would you please mind to take a look at it, making the LocalAddress value not mandatory?
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

It will be once the new version is out, or you can join 4.0.0 TestFlight to try it

Re: Manual Emby Login with https
so am I supposed to update Emby server to current beta to make it work?
I'm on MrMC Testflight now, unfortunately no change with Emby Server 4.4.3.0 stable.

No, you don’t need to update Emby... then the issue is not related to the fix in 4.0.0

Re: Manual Emby Login with https
Anyway, I updated to Emby server beta 4.5.0.13. Unfortunately now I can't connect to my server at all. (Doesn't matter whether I overwrite the local network address in Emby Server settings or not)

Re: Manual Emby Login with https
After the start of MrMC, only one request is being made to my server (looking into my nginx logs):
the json contains this:
Code: Select all
"GET /emby/system/info/public HTTP/1.1" 200 Code: Select all
{"ServerName":"xxx","Version":"4.5.0.13","Id":"xxx"}-
