Latest version broke my 2.1 audio (all audio now goes thru the sub-woofer)

and fixed, collateral from boosting center fix in v3.8.0

This problem is back on the latest version MrMac on the Apple TV. AC3 5.1 audio playback is completely muffed on 2.1 sound systems (a Sony soundbar with separate subwoofer in my case).

Is this a regression or a new issue?

If it’s a new issue, I can post a debug log if needed.

Issue is still there, both with AC3 5.1 and DTS. Seems a bit louder but is still muffled and sounds terrible. There is audio coming from the sound bar but it sounds like a single channel and fairly low volume.

If I switch to AAC stereo, it sounds vastly better.

So let me understand, you have a soundbar with 2.1 setup.
It looks like you have tvOS set to auto. yes/no ?
It looks like you have tried with MrMC set to 2.0 and 2.1. yes/no ?
It looks like you have MrMC set to "Output configuration/best match"

tvOS audio = AUTO
Output config = Best Match

When set to 2.1, DTS and AC3 5.1 audio sounds muffled and low volume. The receiver shows the audio stream as LPCM

When set to 2.0, DTS and AC3 5.1 audio sounds clear, but not full and immersive like it normally does. Receiver displays LPCM Dolby Pro Logic II, so I assume it's down-mixing it to two channels.

Pushed possible fixes into testflight long ago. Then you vanished for 24 days and we moved on to other things as audio output is fine with us and other testflight users.

Issue still exists for me with the latest TestFlight version that I downloaded today. Plex and Infuse play the DTS 5.1 track as LPCM. MrMC plays it as Dolby Pro Logic II stereo.
