My brother in law, has bought this program earlier on he used the lite version. We had a confirmation by mail, that he has bought the program (there were some hicups while trying to by the program) but now he has the confirmation that he has bought the program.
The full program is not installed, and when we try to look after it on the google play store we cannot see it as one of his installed programs - when we search for it it shows up on the buy list, but we cannot buy it because it says that he already bought it. But it isnt installed on his shield. We have tryed to uninstall the lite version first but no luck.
He is using a usb hdd for apps. There are no hdd inside it.
What can we do ?
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
