Today I noticed that I can't skip forward or backward clicking on the right or left on the remote.
Tried to uninstall and install but that did not help
appleTV4K running tvOS v13.0
mrMC v3.9.2

I'm experiencing the same issue.
Apple TV 4k / Current tvOS & MrMC version.
I believe the remote changed its behavior after the tvOS 13 upgrade. Clicking on the touchpad, no matter which area, will now always stop playback.

There are ways in MrMC settings to change the behavior.

Yeah, pause, sorry for the imprecise description. In the past I was able to use edge clicks on the touchpad to skip forward / back. Now it just pauses.
I didn't change any settings and looked everywhere in prefs. Mind telling me how I can get the old behavior back?

Well, something is off
I just checked again, ff/rw on edge click works here. In both non and siri expert mode.
Any changes to settings -> videos -> playback skip steps or skip delay ?
any keymap changes ?
how about a debuglog ?

No changes in the last months. I checked skip steps & skip delay, looks good to me. Played a bit with it but didn't help.
I've also reloaded the keymaps, with the same results though.
Debug log is uploaded, it's 8UWLR.log. Nice feature by the way!

Got the same issue here. Driving me nuts as used to Kodi style skip and swiping on the remote is too touchy.
