I don't believe that the file is the problem, because the sound appears on each movie I watched.
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again
Any mention of illegal streaming sites, addons or any pirated material will not be tolerated. This is not democracy and any offenders will be banned and posts deleted immediately without warning.

next, tell us exactly how setting -> system -> audio output, is setup so we can match yours.

do you have display sync enabled, in settings -> video -> playback ?

This was the right hint
TvOs -> Settings ->Video and Audio -> Video -> Match content -> Match Dynamic Rate and Match Frame Rate ON
Finally i Can enjoy movies on mrmc again

Took a bit to figure out what was going on 
With "Sync Playback To Display", the a/v sync changes from audio pts to video pts. So to get a/v sync, audio is dropped or silence added to adjust the audio pts to match video pts. The ~four second cycle in audio blips was the tip off
