Keep original file title while scraping info

All my movie files are on my Synology server with their original titles, as in IMDb. When I retrieve the information (and I use IMDb in Universal Movie Scraper as my main source of info), the titles changes to English, or even German. In the settings of Universal Movie Scraper, I chose „Keep Original Language“, but this has no effect. Since I have many foreign films of many countries, I would like to see the original movie title (file name). Is this possible, while still scraping the other content?

Could you provide an example, so that we can trace the issue, please.

For example:
The video file is called:
Io la conoscevo bene.mkv

I scrap (refresh movie info) with Universal Movie Scraper.
All is in settings (set content) for “IMDb”.
Get title from: IMDb
Preferred title language from: Keep Original (the original is Italian)

But the result is then the English title:
I Knew Her Well

But from the same director, the film abd file “La parmigiana.avi” turns with the same settings into “Das Mädchen von Parma”, the German title of the film
