Testing MrMC 3.4.1

When playing video:

Left click:
  seek backward 10 seconds (default settings)

Left click hold down
  change to 4x rewind, resume 1X play on release

Right click
  seek forward 30 seconds (default settings)

Right click hold down
  change to 4x fastforward, resume 1X play on release

Up click
  next chapter or up channel (pvr)

Down click
  previous chapter or down channel (pvr)

Single Tap
  show progress bar
  
Double Tap
  ignored
  
Triple Tap
 toggle subtitles
 
Center Click -> pause playback -> bring up progress bar (with scrubber if possible)
  Siri Remote, swipe left/right:
     Moves progress bar backward/forwards
     Select click to jump and resume 1X play.
 
  Siri Remote, swipe down:
     Brings up OSD Settings for substitles/audio/video.
     Menu to back out.

  IR Remote, Select click left/right:
     Moves progress bar 10 seconds backward/forwards.
     Select click to jump and resume 1X play.

  IR Remote, Select click hold left/right:
     Moves progress bar 10 (30 after 1.5 seconds) backward/forwards.
     After release, Select click to jump to that position.

  IR Remote, Down click:
     Brings up OSD Settings for substitles/audio/video.
     Menu or Swipe Up to back out.

  Menu -> resumes 1X playback

Hi I've just installed TestFlight and have some question/feedback. I'm using Harmony Companion & Smart hub btw:

1. I've seen people mention you can get codec info etc. How can I get that? I would like to see framerate etc.
2. Should I use deinterlace half/x2?
3. When I copy customcontroller.SiriRemote.xml it can now be seen in the keymap library. But it is still not used. Is that correct?
4. Will it be possible to get MrMC to save subtitles in the same videos folder as the video itself when using Plex? I know there's some limitation now, but it's working on my Shield with SPMC & PKC, so I just want to know if it's an TvOS limitation or something that perhaps will work in future.
5. I still can't get it to load external srt. from Plex. I have language code in filename.

2. see what fits better for your content
3. are you sure its not loaded, we have done tests here and it seems fine... debuglog when you load it please.
4. no, we cant edit plex database nor can we write to plex folders.
5. check your Plex server settings and default subtitle setup on the server. I have no issues at all and have not heard from others that use plex and external subtitles. My server has a default setup. make sure that you refresh your Plex library after you load the srt.... plex needs to know you added it

re plex subtitles - files from my plex libraries present subtitles just fine. Although, I think there does need to be some work there. can discuss more later if need be.

To come back to Dropbox Cloud. I have no idea how to authorize all this. When I open MrMC log, I should insert a token there. As soon as I enter this token, I get the following error message: Failed to link DropBox account. What am I doing wrong ?

"to test dropbox, enable webui and go to it to authorize Dropbox cloud. After you successfully authorize you will be able to add new source/folder from cloud.

Just a heads up, there are a few remaining issues regarding zorder of settings dialog under skin.sio2 and skin.blackglassnova.

Once those are resolved, we will start moving towards getting out a release with the new focus handling and progress bar scrubbing.

This will be a 3.5.0 release as too much has changed to call it a minor point release. Note that cloud (dropbox) will get disabled for the release, then en-enabled in testflight. We will be changing how authorization is done once we being in some core support for direct OAuth 2.0 authorization.
