I think we are about ready to dip our toes into the deep end of the water.

Sire settings has been reworked.
"Enable focus effect" is disabled internally, still a wip to bring it back.
"Enable Sire expert mode", The default is disabled and will allow player progress scrubbing when possible. When enabled, every thing works as before, no scrubbing and normal OSD pops up on select when video is playing.
If "Enable Sire expert mode" is disabled, and scrubbing is possible, then on a select, playback will pause and the player progress bar pops up. You can go left or right to move the seek point and a thumbnail image will be shown along with timecode. Select to start playback at that point. Menu is a cancel and playback continues from where it was paused.
When player progress bar is up, a down swipe transfers control to the normal OSD for access to subtitles and audio/video settings. Menu to return to player progress bar. We would like to only have subtitles and audio/video settings and hide transport controls but that's difficult as where they are and how they are represented is skin dependent. This also is a wip and might change if we think of something clever.
New TestFlight is uploading and once it passes itunes connect processing we will push it out.
