MrMC had heart attack when I moved media to a new server, stuck at "preparing"

Hi guys,
I moved my media to a new server, but even after editing my sources so they point to the new locations, MrMC is completely unresponsive. It just has that "preparing" bar at the top, which does go away eventually, but trying things like "clean up library" causes the app to freeze. I've tried completely removing the sources altogether, but that didn't solve the issue. Is there a way I can nuke the app to start fresh, but without losing my configurations?
