Transcoding 4k tot 1080p apple tv hd stuttter [SOLVED]

When selecting 4k movies in my media the apple tv 4 hd stutters wel watching en sometimes it does not load the sound of the movie
When watching movies that er 1080p there is no problem.
Maby transcoding? Or is there a way to force it to transcode on the server side
Is there a way to change the resolution i want to watch?
