Got my trakt account locked, and contacted support, got the answer I have inserted below.
I’m not totally sure the problem is with mrmc I sync with a couple of other apps to trakt, I don’t have a log from mrmc.
I do see movies and shows marked as watched multiple times 30-90, at the time and date, when I log in to the webpage.
I know it’s not much info to work with, maybe others have seen the same problem?
But I just wanted to pass on the info.

It looks like MrMC Media Center stuffed your account with 318,722 play history items. Your play history has been deduplicated to the best of our ability, and your API access has been unlocked.

Before using Trakt's API again, make sure to find a fix from this third party applications developer, or disable it entirely.

Thats a lot of duplicates, do you have it set to upload play history on library update? I can’t see how this would happen , lets see if anyone else has any similar issues

Yes it’s set to push watched status after library scan.

I see the number of watch/plays of some movies has gone from around 90 to close to 200 since my post, and I haven’t been using mrmc since.
So I think it’s a problem with som other app and not mrmc.

debuglog might have some info on it... I see no issues here and i have the same setup

Can't get mrmc to upload debuglog and the log is to big for pastbin
Can I send a dropbox link or something just to keep it a little private

i can see som thing change in the log at first sync, it says added movies 0 and #for plays 1-2
