Hi,

All my Emby content or the entire connection has disappeared and you can no longer choose emby from the server chooser in the ui. Only MrMC is shown.

This is on tvos just 3.9.7 (latest store version it's a few months old) ATV4K

I've even removed mrmc and put back to wipe entire install and still unable to setup emby connection.

Emby connection on mrmc touch on phone still working fine. Can even remove add emby and it's all working fine.

Pulling hair out

Here is a bit of the log - not much action happens when going to services emby -> signin. Also tried pin method but no go.

Tried updating emby from "4.5.0.30" to "4.5.0.30" and no go still. Pulling hair out. At the moment just added the raw folders to be able to view but really slow to come up

Is this an ios/tvos 14 issue?
On iphone this line is different CGUIWindowHome::SetupServices() - serverType(emby) , serverUUID(4113c8b3765745fbbabd98afaac47486)

vs tv where the serverUUID is blank.

There was some fixes in MrMC 3.9.8 for newer Emby servers, it’s odd that it works on your phone and not on Apple TV

Is the phone on the same Wi-Fi/network as the Apple tv?

Can you post both full debuglog, iPhone and Apple TV please.

Logs from both devices

ATV4 - KCHW2.log - no go signed in and out only MrMC option on homepage for media
iPhone - TZS6O.log - signed in / out emby switched from mrmc to emby in home media all working properly

Suspect something to do with that UUID of the emby server which is missing on the ATV4 now, was it the ios 14 upgrade?

What puzzles me isn't both versions of Mrmc the same basically?

Just got access to beta MrMC via TestFlight emby is working again. Thanks. No idea what happened.
