Missing/ slow thumbnails

Hi all,
I have issues with slow and or missing thumbnails with emby server (latest version) on both homescreen as in all sections.
When I open all seasons the thumbnails are loaded one by one..
Any reason for this?
Plex server is working in this case much better than Emby server but would love to keep using emby.
