I've started with one Apple TV on my living room. With MrMc installed.

Now I've bought a second AppleTV and I want the setting/libraries from the first AppleTV on my second AppleTV

Is there a cloud solution?

There is MySQL solution, but settings are not a part of it

MySQL is one option but not for everyone as it requires a server. It would be nice if the settings could be dumped into iCloud.

You can dump the settings to a shared folder from filemanager and copy to your new atv or keep as a backup,
