HDHomerun guide, limit to certain channels?

I don't see any way to limit the guide from HDHomerun to only show the channels I want. I can adjust the channels in the channel manager, but even if not active, the guide shows them. Is there a way on Apple TV to only show the guide for those channels that are active, or a channel group? Have not been able to find a way.
The reason it matters. I "get" a lot of channels at night from Dallas, which I am 110 miles from. So, my list on HDHR includes over 100 channels. However, I actually only get 12. So, this makes 85% of the guide worthless since I can't even get those channels much of the time.
