I entered incorrect login info in the prompt and since then there's always zero found when I search.

Is there any way to reenter the info?

Hm, there is an issue with that skin..:. I'll fix that for future versions, to fix the issue now you can switch skin to MrMC(confluence) in settings ->appearance -> skin and start the subtitle search, in the window that appears you will see a button to change login details
