Resume bug?

I ran into a weired issue:
If i stop an episode/movie played from the library, i can resume it. If i resume the same video from „on deck‘ or ‚continue watching‘ and stop again later, i can only resume from the first time i stopped. No matter if i press play or select or resuming from information menu.
Also, when playing movies from recently added and stop them, no resume point is set.
Am i doing something wrong? It occours on local library (MySQL) and on Plex Cient but only when playing from the home menu items.
