Trailers not working?

Hi,
When i click on the "Trailer" button nothings happens. I have tried for several movies. But it''s not working for any of them?
I guess it should be played from an online source? I remember this was working when i was using Kodi on my raspberry pi.

It works on Kodi as Kodi uses YouTube addon to play it, we however can’t do that and we can’t call YouTube app at the moment
If you add trailer next to your video then the button will work, if you leave it up to a scraper it will create YouTube link that works on every platform except appletv

Allright - what a shame. But that's proberly apples fault.
Can i get a program that automatically will download trailers for my movies? As it's a pain to download them one by one and place it in folders..

It actually works tied to a Plex backend. I haven't tested with Emby backend.

Trailers for movies. You need to connect MrMC to a Plex server that hosts your movies instead of connecting MrMC to the videos with
SMB/NFS.

Will this bug be solved in the near future? I don't want to use Plex.

Is there anyway to have movie trailers run as a screensaver?
I have added some trailer files to my movies folders.
Can I setup MRMC to run a screensaver mode where it starts playing trailers if nothing is happing on the screen.?
