Hi,

in Plex add-on when I play some file Plex transcode them. I can correct play other Hvc HDR 7.1 mkv, I got the issue just with few movies.

No problem at all if I play the file in MrMc using Plex service.

Can you help me?

Looks like something with audio is triggering transcode.

Make sure that the Plex Extension settings are setup correctly. Don't transcode HEVC, etc.

My setup:

Local quality: original
Allow direct play: yes
Allo direct stream: yes
Allow 4K: yes
Allow Hevc: yes

Is there any other step to setup?

try the built in plex client.

Yes files are playing good using built in Plex client. I guess the issue happen when I play, using add-on, movies with a HDR/Dolby vision layer.

That's not a problem to me, I can wait the new Ariana Skin and using the built in client.
