Have Shield use AMC/surface for mpeg2

Currently MrMC on Shield uses only ffmpeg for mpeg2 but mediacodec can be used if enabled.
I find the deinterlacing of 1080i mpeg2 in SPMC 16.x using AMC(surface) to be quite nice and I'd like to see that in MrMC.

It would require a setting as some fireOS devices fail at deinterlacing using using AMC(surface).

right, I figured this was the case as you tried to build for fire tv and shield without too much fuss. With Koying now here I thought perhaps he had time to work on it.
