I confirm I have seen the same issues when skipping forward thru video by right tapping.

Worked for me, yes. I took https://github.com/MrMC/mrmc/blob/maste ... m/keymaps/ , then in FullscreenVideo, changed

copied it in, back to home, force killed mrmc, loaded. then when playing video, chapter up became chapter down.
