I suggest to autohide them with a timer. To be consistent with the movie-OSD, with the same timer-length.
It’s the timer under appearance, the one under tv is for switching channels with the list.Ted377 wrote: 26 Apr 2020, 13:21 I would leave the auto hide timer as it was.
I also found the problem for the time setting: the timer could not be changed via TV but via Appearance.
That's why I couldn't change the auto hide time.
Normally auto hide under tv would be responsible for this.
added that for the next TestFlight, chat to @Ted377 and let me knoweazytv wrote: 26 Apr 2020, 06:17 I suggest to autohide them with a timer. To be consistent with the movie-OSD, with the same timer-length.
yes, but the current testflight has it always set to "never" regardless of the setting... with the latest change(it should be in the next testflight) you can choose the time or never... I think thats best, check it once its out and let me know please.Ted377 wrote: 26 Apr 2020, 13:57 There should also be no change in this regard. If you want to have it permanently displayed, you can finally set it to “auto hide never”.
And I think your suggestion is very good to take the attitude out of TV.![]()
