I see similar stuttering, but Infuse as well. Infuse just shows for a couple of seconds black frames and resumes. Mrmmc shows a hiccup in video, but audio continues. I have also seen video files where video just stops and audio continues.

Not sure what is the cause. Did not try to change the framerate to 50 fps yet.
