As I told you in my first post: take "TheTVDB".
I don't have any problem in scraping your TV Show. I get the unique hit "Friday: The Animated Series (2007) (en)".
whereas my naming was simply: "Friday - The Animated Series" and it worked.

Thanks. Yes. You could very well get different functionality and results with a different configuration.
Maybe this thread can act as a FYI for using TVDB only as the TV scraper?
I’d like to see both functioning at 100%. But that may require more dev time than able.

I‘m not quite sure if this can be done by the MrMC developer team. Maybe it‘s a general KODI bug. I guess the scraping routines have not been redesigned for MrMC.
