With MxPlayer and Vlc I have no problem. Works decent. It's not like AppleTv but it works.

I understand that you have no issues with it, what I am asking for is a sample of the problem file... since we cant use the link due to the limitation, I was hoping you can record few minutes of it so we can try to reproduce

I only have Mac. I do not find a way to record
