tvOS 13 is supposed to support Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. Does anyone have the public beta and can it stream TrueHD Atmos streams to a supported AVR for proper Atmos surround? EAC3 (AKA Dolby Digital Plus) is too compressed.
From what I've read only the Nvidia Shield will passthrough TrueHD Atmos streams to the AVR.
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again
Any mention of illegal streaming sites, addons or any pirated material will not be tolerated. This is not democracy and any offenders will be banned and posts deleted immediately without warning.

TrueHD/Atmos is not supported by tvOS. I doubt that tvOS itself will ever support it and I've not see any indication that will change. tvOS does support eac3/atmos and MrMC will pass it through to a supporting AVR. MrMC is also the only 3rd party app that supports Dolby Vision including content made using DVDFab to merge HDR10/Dolby Vision streams into one.

I am thinking about truehd/atmos to eac3/atmos transcode. No ETA as this would require a lot of investigation and test coding.

Is atmos fixed in Apple tv 4k MrMC, I'm not in 13 beta but when I watch 4k hdr eac3 audio my receiver says its playing atmos and I'm getting atmos blue light on receiver.

I'm afraid it's not SOLVED yet!
tvOS 13 beta 5 and playing the Dolby Atmos samples in MrMC doesn't show atmos on my AVR.
Plex, however, plays these samples correctly and the AVR shows atmos on the display; this without the enhanced player, i.e. with the native player!
As for Dolby Vision, the colours are still "inverted".
